Georgetown Special Olympics- March 29,2008
Held at the Georgetown High School Track-2211 North Austin Ave.
Starts at 8AM and ends around 2PM
The Georgetown Special Olympics Is an annual, invitational meet held at the
Georgetown High School Track. 2008 is the 22nd year the San Gabriel
Kiwanis Club in Georgetown has put on this event.
Many volunteers are needed. Everything from helping with the track and field
events, to Huggers and Greeters, Awards and Pictures, Concessions, T-shirt
sales, Runners for record keeping, and Fans-people to cheer on the athletes.
We would love to have the stands full with a cheering crowd.
The number one goal of this event is to make this one of the most special
days for these athletes.
